Report on the impact of the proposed changes on the business and its personnel

The impact can generate both positive and negative outcomes. The changes occurred will generate impact on the growth of the business. The impact entirely depends on how well are the plans and the ways it is executed. If the planned changes are properly implemented by the Led Bury there would be rise in the value of the brand image and it results in productivity as well as the growth in the long run of the restaurant. When the brand image is extended the restaurant can enlarge their business to the international market to maintain the competitive edge. The communication theory plays an effective role in such case. Communication should associated appropriately and particularly the low level staffs so that they can improvise the way to communicate with customer be it local or international tourist. The plan, strategies must be formulated to delegate the staff. Simultaneously, the staffs are to be provided with training sessions which will enhance their knowledge level. Changes will aid the Led Bury to achieve the plan. The Led bury can use Kotter’s model by developing the environment for the change. The involvement of the entire organization in order to implement, manage changes so that outcomes can be formulated in the team. Using of Kotter model can bring up the raise in the profit.
