2.- Phone call from Erica: The writer informed the writer that she sent a week ago an email to Michael to organised schedule appointment, and she is going to send another email.
3.- Email from Erica: letting the writer know that she has not yet converse with Michael, however she has spoken with his secretary and she will remain him to call her back.
