Executive authority typically falls in the hands of our nation’s leader, the president. That being said our constitution explains the responsibilities our president has to face. For example; the executive authority has to be sure the laws are carefully executed, this also give the Congress a chance to set some laws. A large piece of our government relies on our upper power, because this is such a huge piece to the puzzle there are still a few rules that the president and congress have to follow. For instance, if one feels our leader is not doing an appropriate job or has committed treason it is possible to impeach our upper power. For the fear of someone doing an awful job at leading our country the Constitution made it clear to where the president and even congress can only serve up to four years, or they can run for reelection. Not only do we have to keep ruling for our president, congress, and government; our judges also have to be protected and follow certain ruling. The Constitution founded a “good behavior” law for the protection of our judges and the majority and minorities of our society. To be able to ensure a happy society, you have to give them laws as well to keep their lives safe and happy as well.
