UPS Store: Customer Analysis

I have been a customer of the UPS store since 2009. Mr. Darnell Waring has always been very professional and very helpful. Coming to this UPS store is not just an extra errand, I enjoy being able to speak with Mr. Waring, as he genuinely cares for his customers. He always greets people with a smile, even the customers that at times will come in upset or sad. I had my stepfather in a nursing home that was being physically abused. Every month I would mail out a care package and share with him his condition. He will always go above and beyond to help and offer the best rates and ways to mail it out. Even though my family and I moved to Berkeley County, about 25 minutes away from the UPS store, we always come back here to mail out our national
