I also made a battery test kit using 1 AA battery of each brand. Each test was ran in the same room side by side. The tempature of the room was a constant 69 degrees. There was noting to interfere or change the outcome of the test being done. The first night the flashlight test was started all the flashlights were turned on at the same time. The video was started and ran until the next morning- it was then turned off and restarted that evening where we could see if any changes happened over night. The entire length of the test last nearly 107 hours. Each night after 9pm the video was turned on to track it's progress on all the flashlights. Then each morning it would be turned off. The dollar store battery only lasted a little over 82 hours. CVS only lasted 3 hours later. proving my theory that it could outlast the others was wrong. The engergizer was not far behind and died after 90 hours and 47 minutes. The battery that outlasted them all was the Duracell. It continue to shine for 106 hours and 52 minutes. The test took 5 days in full.
The battery test kit test did not take long at all to watch the progress. The entire time took 17 hours. Within the first 5 hours of the running the test the Dollar store dimmed out after 3 hours and 47 minutes. the Duracell believe it or not died after 4 hours and 32 minutes. The video was then turned on over night that we could view the changes that would occur. At 5:23am the day after the test started the CVS battery died. The Energizer came out on top after 17 hours and 50
