During the annual assessment TSgt Meyer was instrumental in providing technical guidance or upgrades to several conference room spaces throughout the State. The most notable project was updating the TAG conference room a Forbes. TSgt Meyer requested quotes from multiple vendors to determine a high end solution that would provide the best return on investment. Due to quotes exceeding current funding limitations, the project was postponed. However, TSgt Meyer did go forward in rewiring the TAG conference room and purchased a new projector to enhance functionality in the room. Throughout the year, TSgt Meyer took the same approach with other conference projects by replacing equipment as needed and rewiring conference spaces to better assist customers …show more content…
These projects included but not limited to the 108th AV Blackhawk orientation video, an ethics video featuring BG Mohatt, the Adjutant General's Department Annual Report, the Hall of Fame Inductee Video, and the" Kansas First" a video showcasing personal stories of Kansas National Guard Soldiers. Secondly, he provided back up support to DA Photos. This included conducting training on the DA Photo Kit and in the DA Photo studio so DA Photos could be taken during drill weekends and taking DA Photos off-site. For example, He went to Salina on 19-20 Aug 17 to support the Professional Development Training hosted by BG Mohatt. Lastly, he provided equipment and multimedia services to the Adjutant General's Department Public Affairs Office and several subordinate units to support events or activities that are related to official missions and functions of the Kansas Army National Guard.
