Truffle History

Decent Essays
The Truffle is a specialty store with cured meats, handmade cheeses and other gourmet foods. It also offers classes so you can learn something new. Products are made in small batches and cut to order. The restaurant is open every day except Monday.

The Truffle has a wine list as well as a food menu with everything made from scratch. Try appetizers like choice meat and cheese slices. The Truffle makes fresh snacks such as the watermelon and arugula salad, gazpacho and black truffle macaroni and cheese. Take home some of the housemade pickled vegetables or sample the bruschetta of the day.
