The modern world is filled with information. This information not only exists as documentary form but has also been created in as new digital forms as digital ones such as audio, media, text, etc. Data can be used in various ways and in multiple fields. Doctors utilize former data or knowledge to innovate methods for resisting or curing incurable diseases. CIA agents use detailed data to narrow down the target for supporting evidence; Business managers use data to improve the performance of the companies. However, analyzing valuable resources is key because data quality is important in analytical decision-making. Compared to traditional reports, trinity mindset is not aimed toward reporting. Instead, its goal is to help decision-making based on data by powering the generation of actionable insights. Actionable insights and metrics are the objectives because they drive strategic differentiation and a sustainable competitive advantage. There are four elements for trinity mindset. First, behavior analysis is not only shows the clickstream, but also reveals the intention of the visitors from the site. Second, outcomes analysis reveals the current status. It can measure problem resolution and give a clue as how to adjust to meet the goal. Third, analysts should really think deeply about the reason for the customer’s behavior. Last, analysts should create a win-win situation for customers and companies. In this virtuous circle,this outcome is beneficial to customers and the company. There are certain rules to building an executive program. First, analysts should use benchmarks, goals, and prior performance to present in the dashboard. The graph will help audience understand the content and highlight the key insights. Analysts can analyze which period is boosting the clickstream of the sites and then consider creating similar special events for promoting. Second, analysts should isolate some critical few metrics because analysts will know the net result from the direct methods instead of numerous confusing results. Third, analysts should provide some interpretation for the graphs because it will help the audience understand the meaning. If the content cannot fit in one page, then analysts should create a report instead of a dashboard to demonstrate the rigorous thought.
