The interpretation of the trimesters of pregnancy is an explanation to inform and educate us about the changes in the female body and the evolution of the fetus. In a pregnancy, a trimester is one of the three month periods or 13 weeks each. In the first trimester, the mother experiences a few physical changes and some common symptoms. In the second trimester is the most peaceful time of the pregnancy. The third trimester is the hardest for the mother during the pregnancy. The first months of the pregnancy mark the first trimester. These first few months marked important changes in the mother and the baby or the fetus. The mother might start noticing different physical changes in her body. For example, she will start feeling breast tenderness, fatigue, and nausea. During this period time, it’s very important for the mother to go see a doctor so she could be informed about the baby's health and that there are no problems with her or the baby.
