The Systems Approach to Training Basic Course (SATBC) is to provide Training Developers (TD) and Instructors the basis for standardizing Army Training. The course content focuses on student performance of selected analysis, design, and development tasks related to individual training development outputs or products required by TRADOC Regulation 350-70, Training Development Management, Processes, and Products. During SATBC, I developed a Training Support Package (TSP) for “Tactical Reports and Requests,” a lesson taught during the Warfighter Module at the Basic Leader Course, accepted into the course-ware for the updated lessons for BLC across the
