However it always seemed that her scheming "plans" would be superior to mine. Then, it always ended with me crying for my mom. We got into a lot of arguments and fights because of this.
I was in 5th grade and I had to make a poster for Spirit Week. The problem was that I couldn't think of how I should color it, and how to make it "eye-catching". Suddenly, I heard a voice coming from behind me.
"Why don't you color the words rainbow-colored to make it look unique?" said my sister, who noticed I was making a poster for student council. She pause for a moment, then added, "Hey, I have another idea, you should add little mini "paper springs" behind the words on the poster to make them "pop out"."
I thought about it for a moment, and I decided to try out her ideas. I tried drawing out the words on the poster, and then colored the words with the colors of the rainbow. I then folded pieces of paper into springs and added them behind the words. Then suddenly, when I looked at the poster, I realized something, it looked amazing!
Her ideas are what make her unique and special. Whether the ideas are to terrorize me, or to help me with my homework, they are an important part of her. Being with my sister, is always full of surprises, but these are surprises that I look forward to
