Superiors should implement incentive plan to their subordinates. Two-factory theory also known as motivator-hygiene theory was introduced by Frederick Herzberg in 1959 stated that some job factors will result in satisfaction while there are also others factor that cause dissatisfaction. Those job factors were distributed into two categories: hygiene factors and motivator factors. No project can be done by alone and in order to perform a better teamwork, motivator factors will be more suitable if compared to hygiene factors as hygiene factors are the environment where the job is being performed, they may lead to dissatisfaction if those factors absent. But motivator factors are the feeling about the job and mostly lead to positive satisfaction, even those factors absent, employees will only feel no satisfaction but not dissatisfied. Examples of motivator factors include Recognition, Achievement, Growth and Responsibility. Employees able to find out those factors are intrinsically rewarding. Employees work hard to achieve the target set by the superior and they will get the praise if successfully done the achievement. They will get trust from the managers, getting more and more opportunities to have a better performance and have the promotion to achieve a higher position. Mentoring is more about a helpful relationship between two people: senior mentor and junior mentee that based on mutual trust and respect. Trust and respect are two important factors to emphasise teamwork, without these two factors and suspect team members, the team can’t show a good result in the job given by the superior. There are some reasons why mentoring programme should be establishing: for career development, organizational development and culture change, knowledge transfer and also the leadership and management
