Daniel R. “Danny” Tisch (age 65) is General Partner and President of Towerview LLC, an investment fund of the Tisch Family, which he founded in 2001. He also founded Towerview’s predecessor Mentor Partners, L.P. and was Managing Director at Salomon Brothers.

Daniel has been an Independent Trustee of Vornado Realty Trust since 2012 and an Independent Director of Tejon Ranch Co since 2013.

He is the former President of Suffield Academy, and continues to serve on its board. He is also a Vice-Chairman of New York University’s board and member of the Executive Advisory Board of the NYU Innovation Venture Fund. He also serves on the board of the Partnership for Children's Rights. Danny received his B.A. from Brown University in 1973.
