Tinkinwood burial chamber was first constructed nearly 6000 years ago. Due to this being a Burial chamber people believe that it is haunted as some witnesses said that they saw a unsaddled horse entity walking around. But it wouldn’t be as shocking because this Neolithic burial chamber actually held the corps of over 50 individuals which weighed a total approximately of 40 tons, which is equal to an articulated lorry which is one of Britain's largest. As there is a stream nearby which is good for growing crops and suitable enough for building tombs. We think the mudstone for the Chamber probably came from the area nearby which is known as 'The Quarry'.
