I am living in the French Revolution. I am not related to the king and are not a member of the clergy so for that I am part of the third estate. Being in the third estate can be a good and a bad thing. Being in the third estate means that we are paying all of the taxes. Also I am equal to a serf. That to me seems so wrong because I work a lot harder and get more done than any surf that I know does. I am happy to be in the third estate because we own most of the land. The third estate owns sixty-five percent of the land. We are also the most diver estate and I like that I get to see and talk to a lot of different people. Just lately the third estate was given representation in the government which all most all of the people in the third estate
