Aspiring drivers must be aware of the rules and regulations or laws on driving to avoid traffic collisions. There are many laws about driving, especially nowadays that many drivers are involved in car accidents and fatal crashes. The rules and regulations include following the given driving precautions just like wearing a seatbelt to maintain safety to drivers and more especially to passengers. Another is that drivers must be aware of the traffic signals present in the road. Next, drivers must know how to communicate with other drivers just like using the common hand signals which gives them the chance to speak up non-verbally to each other. Lastly, a driver must know the speed limit which is measured in km/h. (Lane, K., 2009, par 6) Every driver, especially aspiring drivers which are mostly teens must understand and learn all the rules and regulations in driving.

The danger of car accidents is higher amongst teenage drivers than among any other age crowd. Young drivers are more prone than older drivers to take too lightly risky circumstances or are merely incapable to identify them. Teen drivers, moreover, are those who, more often than not, do not wear a seat belt, which result to worse car
