According to Taylor, communication is the process of exchanging information and creating and transmitting meanings between people. It also is the basis of society and the most primary aspect of a nurse and patient interaction (Taylor 439). During clinical, I was able to maintain therapeutic communication method including positive body language. I also seated at the eye level of the patient. Moreover, when planning Mr. SK care, I communicated with my patient, his and nurse, and it helped me to develop clear, and easy to understand care plan for my patient.
