I believe there is an alternate being in all of us that we allow to take over our thought process every now and then and we become afflicted as to what we perceive to be right and what is right. When we are in use of drugs and alcohol or maybe even the ones that suffer from depression and abuse. An example, would be the Menendez, brother who killed their parents, started off saying that they were sexually abused by their father and told a cousin about it, so they say. Apparently, the jury did not believe them, because they spent about a million dollars in 6 months. The biological explanation is they were sexually abused as kids. The psychological approach of this would be to report abuse to others, police, other authority figures as well
