The Six Stages Of The Natural Human Learning Process

Have you ever asked yourself how do we know things like cooking, playing sports, playing music instruments, or any other skills? How do we learn those skills and remember them? And how do our brain working in order to decide what we want to learn, organize information, learn, achieve, memorize and share what learned?
There are many researches have done about natural human learning process during human society. One of the significant researches about human learning process from Dr. Rita Smilkstein stated that there are six stages appeared in natural human learning process.

The first stage of the natural human learning process is “Motivation”. Before we learn something our brain will pick up one or more than one specific skill or concept

After our brains choose a particular skill or concept, it will begin to learn by practicing. At the beginning of practice skills or concepts we may make some or many mistakes, but it is very natural because after making mistakes our brain will figure out the better way to avoid the same mistakes or even the best way to perform those skills or concepts.
The third stage of the natural human learning process is “Advanced practice”. In this stage of process our brain will keep practicing the skills or concepts with little confident, gaining some control, getting positive feedback, etc. Because of gaining control our brain begin to enjoy the learning and it will work harder in order to achieve more success.

On the fourth stage of the natural human learning process is “Skillfulness”. In this stage our brain already have some successes and also have it own way to practice its skills or concepts. Rita Smilkstein describes, and I have continued to play and develop this skill throughout my life. My motivation to learn how to play soccer came form necessity. I remember when I was a kid, most of my friends liked to play soccer. The only way to have fun with my friends was playing soccer that why I chose to play it. After I motivated soccer is the skill that I will learn, I began to practice it. First of all, I spend time to watch other kids played and practiced by myself whenever I had time. Unfortunately, I couldn’t play like what I had seen the other kids played and I almost gave up. But later after that, I began to play a little better and felt so excited every time I could make a nice kick to move the ball to the right
