Throughout the novel, “Animal Farm” by George Orwell, there are many moods that take place. In the beginning of the novel, the mood was very hopeful and triumpful. As the story went on, there were more problems in the story and it was not the same happy environment. Especially after the second wind mill was knocked down, the characters emotions shifted. The mood was now miserable and painful. Although the mood did change throughout the story, the one mood that did not change was optimism.
