Socialism is a form of government not popular in America but is working in other countries. The Merriam- Webster dictionary describes it as a government that controls industries rather than companies and or individual people. (2015, Webster) Socialism politics and economics are a social system in which there is no private property. It is a system in which owned by stat and is a certain stage in-between capitalism and communism. Socialism is not what it used to be if it ever was the evil many believe to be.

Bernie is an active socialist He has evidence the climate change is real and is caused by human activity. He wants to tax carbon and invest in clean technology. He believes college should be free. People should continuing education to pursue a college diploma but to tax Wall Street speculators. Gun ownership is a lifestyle that should not be condemned is a big belief of his. He met with black lives matter activist and agrees the unemployment and crime rates are an issue and needs to be reform. He wants to take minimum wage and raise it up to $15 dollars. He wants minimum wage at least livable on. His opinion on a two party system is that people are tired of it. He wants America to adopt a universal health care provided and paid for by the federal government. He wants to rebuild America with the rebuild America act and create thirteen million jobs over the course of five years. He wants to tax the rich and go after big business and the wealthiest of America. He believes that the U.S. should have never lead the invasion in Iraq in 2002. He wants no boots in Syrian to fight isis. He also has no fear facing trump in this coming election and even said, “It would give me great deal of satisfaction to run against Donald trump. Fox found a man who had it tough with Democratic socialism from his parents are in jail or dead from it and his cousin is locked up for it. You would think he would be sour about it but him much rather has democratic socialism come to American than have presidents who take bribes. You can tell they were not prepared for what he has to say but telling him to not be too much in detail about it. It’s now become a viral video and is catching everyone’s attention. That should really speak louder than words for someone to curve a ball on a national television to get a point
