The Role Of Positions In Model Congress

I'm applying for these positions because I want to be a lawyer when I grow up. A lawyer, to me, is a person who takes on leadership roles because it's a learning experience that can teach someone on how to better guide their client through the cases they have to work on. The positions in Model Congress will provide an insight of what the experience will be like. In addition, though law and politics are not considered technically the same thing, I felt like certain skills and knowledge overlapped. I am passionate about both of these two areas and will like to contribute more, beginning with the majority/minority whip positions.
