Values are an important part of the decisions we make in life. During this week's assignment, I was asked to complete the Rokeach Values Survey. I did eighteen terminal values and eighteen instrumental values. Number one of the survey meant what matters most to me and number eighteen meant what matters least to me. My top three terminal values are salvation, a comfortable life, and health. My top three instrumental values are loving, responsible, and obedient. I feel that these will benefit my leadership style because I will be responsible to increase my way of living and better myself. This means that I will show that I am dependable.
