REPORTER: The reporter/RN (Ashley) called with concerns for the victim, J. Breland. The victim suffered from a stroke (his right side is weak); he utilizes a wheelchair and needs assistance with his ADL’s. The victim’s caretaker is Felicia (daughter), and she lives in the household. It is unknown if there are nay other household members. The victim came to the ER by tipple A. the family member (unknown who) called and said the victim was unresponsive. When Triple A arrived, the victim was in the bed and unable to get up. The victim’s breakfast was in the microwave and he had not eaten. The victim relies on his family members to help him.
