For a classroom to have effective instruction the physical arrangement is important, teachers must start organizing their classroom as soon as they can. While counting their inventory, they should keep in mind organizations the supplies they need to be successful the upcoming year. They should have a variety of text in the classroom library and somewhere cozy for students to independent read. Along with a “u” shaped table for small group reading and conferring. Whole class is just important as anything else in the classroom and this space should be located near whiteboards, computer projector and away from designated small group areas. Once you have set up your classroom for effective literacy practice, it is now time to start planning how to train students to be successful in your well put together literacy classroom. Managing your students is important to keep an effective classroom instructions are important and students should know them from the first day.
