The Rebellion The animals struck against Mr.Jones
Stories are told that the rebellion occurred when Mr.Jones-past farmer- struck against the animals with whips after he finds out they opened the shed full of food. That was the first act of the animals against humans. Once Mr. Johns fled they made rules as known as the seven commandments(See above for details). The animals lived on these rules and worked very little, as said time to rest. On Sundays, they would all get together in the barn for a meeting.

After that, Napoleon said he was taking great sacrifice in taking over and from now on there wouldn't be any more meetings. From then on everything changed and the animals have yet to know ‘till this day.
The Battle of the Windmill
Fredericks men battle against Animal Farm which leads to the tumble of the Windmill.
Fredericks man advance onto animal farm. They charge with all their arms. Even Napoleon seemed at lost. They were more prepared than Animal Farm and although they considered it a victory because the men left their soil. The windmill which the animals worked hard on, was left very severely damaged. They say this was caused because of a trickery that was played on Animal Farm. Napoleon took credit for anything they worked for. The animals at first did not believe what was said to be a victory but soon enough they tricked them again with their communism.

Mr. Pilkington makes a toast to Animal Farm and its efficiency. Napoleon then offers a speech in which he outlines his new policies: The word "comrade" will be suppressed, there will be no more Sunday meetings, the skull of Old Major has been buried, and the farm flag will be changed to a simple field of green.
