1. Name:
The name of the organization shall be called Love and Empower All Women club at Johnson & Wales University, Providence RI Campus.

2. Purpose:
The purpose of Love & Empower All Women is for all students here on the Johnson & Wales University campus who feel that there needs to be more done for women, in our communities, in our society, and in our world. This program contains the main principles of Empowerment, Diversity, Community Service, Academic Excellence, and Peace. All members to remain active must participate and communicate with those in the club as well as with those in the Johnson & Wales University community and be supportive and present to other clubs and organizations events.
D. All members are to represent Love & Empower All Women professionally in all meetings, events, and around campus even if there are no meetings and events going on. All members are to respect the reputation Love & Empower All Women upholds on the Johnson & Wales University, Providence RI campus. 6. Officer Duties:
President:
1. The president will be running the meetings, as well as setting tasks, and ensuring everything is done completely, and correct.
2. The president will be at all meetings, including club activities.
3. The president will be evaluating, checking on all operations that club is conducting and working on improvements for the club.
4. Receiving feedback from those who are involved with our club and make any necessary changes.
5. Will monitor the progress of the club, as well as making sure the club reaches its goals and all members are doing what they are supposed to be doing.
6. Monitor if the meetings are well planned, organized and is running smoothly.

1. Guide the members of the club to solutions regarding club issues and logistics while also supervising the group at some of the meetings.
2. Be the point of contact for any university requests or issues pertaining to day to day functions.
3. Assist in leading the club towards a positive perspective and onto progressive goals.
4. May formally request a member’s removal from the organization if they aren’t aligning themselves with the club’s positive image.

10. Meeting Procedure:
1. Motion: To introduce a new piece of business or propose a decision or action, a motion must be made by a group member ("I move that......") A second motion must then also be made (raise your hand and say, "I second it.") After limited discussion the group then votes on the motion.
