It points out, how the quality and quantity of our food has affected our healthy lifestyles. To put it another way, it states “The disruption of traditional lifestyles due to environmental degradation, and the introduction of processed foods, refined fats and oils, and simple carbohydrates, contributes to worsening health in indigenous populations,” (Guardian, 258).
