For instance, when a romance movie is being played and a break up occurs, normally, there would be a girl lying in bed eating ice cream and chocolate while crying her heart out. In this case, this is a great example of emotional eating and poor nutrients. Another good example is when a person may be mad or anxious about something, they do not go to the refrigerator or to a store to buy something healthy such as vegetables or fruits. Instead, that individual would normally pick up a bag of chips or candy to snack
