On the left side, write down all the unwanted, disempowering emotions you experience on a daily or weekly basis. Pay attention to the meaning you associate with those emotions.
• Now, on the right side, write down all the feel-good, empowering emotions you have throughout the week. Recognize that when you feel good, you are in your power. Associate the meaning you have behind positive emotions.
• Next, circle the two most active emotions you have listed in the disempowering list, and then write down how you would “like” to feel instead when you feel the unwanted emotions.
• Then circle the two most empowering emotions you have, and think about what your body language is like when you feel those uplifting emotions. Notice that even when you think about how your physiology is you change something in your body accordingly. Then pay attention to how you feel when you have positive emotions, and how if affects your physiology.
• Now, write down what you do to feel the uplifting emotions: think about how your body language is, how you breathe, how to do speak, and how you act towards others and
