My individual and proficient principles are congruent to social occupation and the NASW code of beliefs. One of the principles is my self determination to improve social integrity and social change on behalf of the customers. I wish to concentrate on how considerable this principle is significant to me since this was one of the reasons that aggravated me to track this profession, which was not related to my bachelor of arts majoring with graphic design. Before starting the design program I was a tutor and I carried out charitable community services in my city which along the way encouraged me to have concern in social integrity. Since I was a designer the most important lesson I learned was networking. Mostly networking will allow most entertainment industry to mobilize the facilities through obtaining work for the customers. There is relationship between this and social vacation and the NASW code of ethics since there is relationship between human relations. Also there is allowing social employee to connect people as a group in the assisting process of the welfare of the individuals’ communities. Creating friendship will give me opportunity to organize myself among the groups and giving me better understanding of the friendship. In the first page I mentioned how I looked forward to being a social worker in the future; through my charitable work I have experienced money uncommon problems from old women to young children receiving my help. I have been keen looking how other members having treating these people as a helper I felt very sorry for them since some of the were intimated due to their status in the community. Individually if people are not given the right services then he or she is not being treated with value and distinction. I feel better when I see my customers being given the right attention to let them feel they are respected in the community. From this experience I promised myself always to treat my clients with a lot of dignity and tolerance.
