Baldwin said he realized at a very young age that he did not have very much as a black person in America. Richard Wright helped Baldwin get financial help to travel to Europe to write. He loved America a lot, that he came back to America after a while to be part of the civil right movement “I love America more than any other country in this world, and exactly for this reason, I insist on the right to criticize he perpetually. He believed that we all have to live together and love each other, not as black and white, but as human beings. He wrote about society, politic and cultural issues. He wrote his experience as black man in Europe and compared it with living in America. He wrote a book call “ The Fire next Time” urges the white American people through it to change for their own good because they cannot live without their black brothers. Baldwin didn’t talk about the struggle for black right, but rather he talked about the human right. He did believe that we are all in this together and that we all must work with each other to make a world that our children can live
