First of all, chocolate milk has nutrients and less unhealthy things that other flavored drinks have. But many parents and teachers disagree, saying that chocolate milk has too much added sugar, they are misinformed, the fact is, it only has 3 teaspoons of added sugar, that’s much less than soda and other flavored drinks. Those people also forget about all of the nutrients kids get for drinking chocolate milk. The drink has all essential nutrients that white milk has. It also has Vitamin A, Vitamin D, and calcium.
