The subject was paroled on 06/30/2016 and began parole by reporting regularly. On 08/30/16 the subject tested positive for Cocaine on drug screen. The subject moved from her residence without notifying Parole Officer, and the father of her child stated she had ran off with a Cocaine dealer. The Parole Officer contacted her mother who also stated she had run off with a cocaine dealer, and she stated she would have the subject call Parole Officer if she heard from her. The subject called Parole Office and came in the Parole Office on 04/26/17. On 04/24/17, the subject tested positive for Methamphetamine, Cocaine, and Buprenorphine. The Parole Officer had the subject come back in the officer on 04/26/17 and the subject tested positive for Methamphetamine,
