The outdoors and nature is an amazing thing to experience. Growing up in a military family and traveling all the time was an experience that really changed my perspective of the outdoors and of the world in general. I was given the opportunity to see so many different places, people and try different types of food. Because of this, the free time I have, I like to spend out in the nature and exploring various places. One of my favorite things to do outdoors is run and hike. I find that running and hiking clears my head. The seclusion of the trees, mountains, rivers and lakes are just so extremely relaxing that they energize me and help me manage my stress. Not only does it help me mentally but it also allows me to get some exercise and stay
