The Adventures Of The Organic Animal Club
Synopsis: Join Bert Bear, Fred Fox, Olivia Owl and Rebecca Rabbit on their adventures in “The Organic Animal Club”. After a long Winter of poor eating habits and no exercise, Bert Bear is inspired embrace a healthy, organic, green lifestyle with his friends Fred Fox and Olivia Owl and start the club so they can bond and work together to learn more. They have to overcome the obstacle of convincing their friend Rebecca Rabbit to give up processed canned carrots. Follow them along on their green adventure as they start a community garden on Earth Day, shop local at farmers markets, set up their own farm stand and business, eat healthy for healthy living, exercise, and go green for the environment. …show more content…
Olivia Owl inquired happily.
“That’s it. We are officially all in “The Organic Animal Club” Bert Bear stated.
“We can eat healthy, do trail walks and yoga, help Georgia with her allergies, and maybe even grow a garden together” Fred Fox states with a passion.
Fred Fox was finally relieved after all the time he spent convincing Bert Bear to eat better and exercise, Bert Bear finally wanted to try it. After all, new pants every year are expensive too when Bert Bear had to buy new ones even if they are not organic cotton.
“You can learn about recycling and composting for the earth and our planet. Green living is a lifestyle that ties in with organic life too” Olivia Owl explained.
“What is composting?” asked Bert Bear.
“It is kind of like repurposing your refuse and trash. I recycle all of my organic trash that can decompose into my compost pile. Later I use it in my garden. I also recycle all of my metals, plastics, papers and even my clothes into the proper bins at the town transfer station” explained Olivia Owl.
“That is why you have no trash ever in your bins” stated Fred Fox.
“How do you recycle your clothes?” asked Bert …show more content…
Olivia Owl used organic and green cleaners in her house that were not toxic to the environment. Eating organic helped the farmers who grow organic have more demand to produce more too. Buying organic clothing was also a positive thing for the earth. She also rode her bicycle or walked wherever she could to save gas and create less pollution in the air. There were lots of things to consider for Earth Day in general.
Rebecca Rabbit decided it was too much work for her and she wants to shop at her regular market and buy the cans of carrots. It occurred to her that if she did not stockpile so many cans in her pantry because they were on sale, that she might be able to afford the fresh carrots more often too. She was also not informed on how to cook and store them. No one had ever showed her how to do that.
“How about it Rebecca Rabbit? How about you join us in the garden on Earth Day and plant with us and join our club?” Bert Bear asked
