The advantages of this concept can never be over emphasised, as there are enormous benefits to staffs or partners, during their working lifetime and after retirement. In the areas of improvement of the health and well-being of workers, having a greater participation in decision making, leading to high employee morale, high commitment and feeling of belonging to work and the company (it is my company sentiment) and ownership towards the organisation, increased opportunities for self-determination and great opportunities for career development and progression. It create higher pay, increased wealth for employee and a better communication between management and workers, more effectively resolution of conflict and reduced number of grievances, due to better communication, it also motivate employees to be more productive, leading to staffs happiness, improved job security, increased employee job satisfaction, increase innovation, loyalty and reduce staffs turnover and increases trust in the firm and management, it create a delighted and relaxed atmosphere for staff , as it will become more than a job to employee, as it have a positive effect in their future.
