The Most Memorable Experience In My Life Essay

My memorable experience in my life was my last vacation where my brothers and I go to the country where our parents live and work. I’m really excited to go there because I’m going to see my mom and dad. We prepared our clothes and things because we will have a one month vacation there and I’m really excited to ride an airplane and go to UAE. We go to the NAIA, after we got there, we checked in our baggage so we can go inside the plane. When we go to the plane we are welcomed by flight stewards with a heartwarming smile, then we go to our seats. The foods are really delicious but the serving is not enough for me hahaha. When we landed in UAE airport station it feels different and my parents are waiting for us. Before, we are always waiting for …show more content…
Abu Dhabi is really great and there was a time when we go to Dubai Mall, the largest mall in the world. The mall is really huge and there is a big aquarium inside it. There’s a lot of people in Dubai, and their famous BurjKhalifa is really tall that it reaches the clouds. When the time comes that we are going back to the Philippines, it was really sad when we go and leave our parents, I thought I’m not going to cry because there’s a lot of times that we said goodbye to our parents. But when you are in that situation where you are the one who’s going to go back and you leaved them, it was really painful because we are going to miss each other a lot. My parents live there and I think they are not going to be sad because they have their friends there and there’s a lot of good people in their villa, so going in abroad is not sadly as you think because you will meet a lot of people there and you are going to experience life in a different country. It was really memorable and that is the greatest time of my life so

It might be the biggest cliché in the world: girl goes abroad with family, experiences new, crazy adventures, and happily returns home with self-discovery, and memorable, yet hilarious stories. It was basically the plot of National Lampoon’s European Vacation, where the family encounters one challenge after another as they travel through England, France, and Germany, except it was my family. Although there were various obstacles throughout the trip, I learned a lot about life: culture, history, food, and most importantly, perspective and the simple necessities. Despite the overuse of the saying ‘life-changing experience,’ it definitely taught me that the best vacation is with family. After spending three weeks out of a suitcase, rotating through…

Life-changing experiences, or turning points, often cause difficulty to the person who is facing them. This thought is explored in the text,” The Father of Chinese Aviation,” by Rebecca Maksel, the autobiography Warriors Don’t Cry written by Melba Pattillo Beals, and the narrative I Never Had it Made by Jackie Robinson. Feng Ru, The first Chinese Aviator, Melba Pattillo Beals, one of the first black children to go to a white school, and Jackie Robinson, the first black MLB player, have all faced life-changing experiences and, in doing so, have affected their own countries gravely. Jackie Robinson was the first, of his race, to play in major league baseball. Jackie was asked to join a major league team, the Brooklyn Dodgers, and, even though…
