The Most Dangerous Game tells the story of a man by the name of Rainsford, who falls overboard and swims to shore on the island of Ship Trap. There he is taken into the place of General Zaroff, who is another hunter and owns the island of Ship Trap. Zaroff takes pleasure in hunting men and tells Rainsford that he will kill him. Rainsford does all he can to fight for his survival which includes killing one of Zaroff’s dogs. The ending of the story we infer that Rainsford has killed the General when we learn that he sleeps in the bed of Zaroff in
