Captain Tom Dudley, Brooks (sailor), Stephens (sailor), 17-year old Richard Parker.
“The Mignomette” sank during a storm at sea.

Were the parties involved in this incident unable to make rational decisions due to their dire conditions?

A sociry in its most basic form, is just a group of people living together or organizing together. For example even a club at school is an example of a small society of people, or a much larger example would be England. Each society has many characteristics wich define it, this is why when we compare societies, for example The United Statees and China, they are different in almost every way. For example China, and many Asian countries are very collectivist when compared to the United States Of America or canada.

Certainly what they did was legally wrong, but laws are not the same as morals. Some would even say that the use of laws themseves are immoral because of the way they are utilized to exert power over others, and how governments have utilized laws to commit attrocious crimes against
