After researching the topic of the Loch Ness Monster, I do not believe in this legend based off scientific studies and using common logic. First off connecting the details of the lake it could not support an animal of that caliber for this long. After all the extensive hours of research and looking for this animal, plus the money put into this, not one monster has been found. Humans have an incredible use of the brain called pareidola. Last, this monster is still a legend for the main reason of it being a huge attraction for Scotland. Loch Ness is actually the name of a very large lake in Scotland. This lake is in a good environment in between some mountains and highlands, with good vegetation around the area. Loch Ness is actually one of …show more content…
The recent earthquakes were in correlation with sightings in the lake. The reason Loch Ness has so much activity is that it lies on the Great Glen Fault, which is active, and always causing commotion. The north portion of the lake rests mainly on this fault so it catches the main activity and produces things to look like the Loch Ness Monster. The first sighting of “Nessie” actually came on the northern portion of this lake in the 6th century by a monk. (Perkins …show more content…
There has been over 3000 reports of people seeing this lake monster. It is also stated that many were on the northern portion of this lake just as I explained why earlier in the paper. Most people reported a big body with an extremely long neck and it was a dark color. Some have seen a neck leaving the water and most just saw glimpses of a large body, and the body was said to be thirteen meters long. Whether people actually saw this monster or as simple as a tree, the country of Scotland is surely getting their money worth. People come from all over the world to try to be the lucky one that can spot this legendary lake monster (“The Loch Ness…”

The hunt for Bigfoot has goes back to the early 326 BC and still continues today. The only evidence people has of Bigfoot is pictures, where most of them are very blurry. Any of the pictures could be photoshopped or the person taking the photo could have mistaken it for a bear.…

White experienced when he was a child. “Then the kettle drum, then the snare, then the bass drum and cymbals, then crackling light against the dark, and the gods grinning and licking their chops in the hills.” Is a metaphor that describes the sound the darkening sky is creating. Then it became calm and the rain was steadily rustling in the calm lake. “As he buckled the swollen belt suddenly my groin felt the chill of death.”, this quote is a symbolic reference of rebirth.…
