Which branch is the most powerful? I feel that the legislative Branch is the most powerful out of the three because can declare war, override a veto, and impeach a president.

Declaring War

The Legislative branch can declare war. People think that the president can declare war but in reality, only the Legislative Branch can declare war but the executive branch can only send in troops and can’t declare war.

Overriding Laws

The Legislative Branch can make laws but the executive can veto the law but the Legislative Branch can override the veto by sending make though congress repeatedly until the executive branch decides to sigh it and make it a law.
