This includes at minimum a discussion of strengths and weaknesses, what you could do to improve the work of the group and what others could do to improve the work of the group. In addition, our group decided to work together without specific assigned roles to members. So, we came up with a group agreement, which stated that all members were to be fully engaged in the research project with equal contributions. Furthermore, we created a timeline composed of our group’s completion dates for specific tasks. Moreover, our group’s HSRB application was submitted for review on February 22rd. Also, following the approval of our HSRB on February 26th, we got permission from GAP’ Associate Director; start interviewing staffs at the agency. With Jody’s approval, our group begin collecting data from staffs on March 1st. During this time, Troy, Rehan, and I got in touch with Jody and we were given GAP student’s enrollment records from the past ten years. We looked them over and brainstormed on possible outcomes associated with our research project. On the other hand, Becky, Danna, and Rebecca actively conducted interviews with GAP staffs. As a result, on March 18th, or group completed 12 interviews with staffs; which brought our data collection to an end. On March 28th, as a group, we started analyzing our data and writing up our findings. During this phase, with the participation of all members, our interviews results and enrollment records findings were placed into themes that relates to our research
