Two identical doors. Behind one is a blushing beauty. Behind the other, a horrible beast. Which will the young man choose, the lady or the tiger?Imagine a person life depends on you the choice are dead or alive. In the story Lady or the Tiger by Frank R. Stockton) the boy is in love with the princess in the text it said” Never before had such a case occurred; never before had a subject dared to love the daughter of the king Stockton.” this was a big thing because no one in the land had loved the princess and one day the dad found out. The dad was the king of course, but he was half sembarbric so he was a half civilized king. He also had a crazy way of punishing people that did wrong, he built a area not any area but a dead or alive one it was to prove justice or crime he you open a door with a tiger …show more content…
It was one of the fairest and loveliest of the damsels of the court who had been selected as the reward of the accused youth, should he be proved innocent of the crime of aspiring to one so far above him; and the princess hated her.
