What Is It?

The brand new Kylin Experience in GK 1 is bringing forth the best of oriental cuisine. From classic Sushi rolls to wholesome salad bowls, and from traditional dim sums to scrumptious meals in bowls – they are making a lot of noise amongst pan-Asian food lovers. Now, today’s culinary tradition commands both – delicious food and healthy ways of cooking; Kylin promises to marry both and whip up the best of culinary trends.

What’s In It?

Firstly, apart from the great food, what we loved is the prompt service. The waiters were so very well informed about each dish; that was impressive! The décor is a blend of plush and laidback vibe. Be ready to see a lot of reds and greys – it gives a feel of oriental lands.

It was ‘death by sushi’! Now, this cute wooden boat comprises of 12 pieces of California rolls, four Maki and 4 Nilgiri Sushis. It was delicious. Now, we also loved the black mushroom and baby corn bao that was spruced up with spicy mayo. Also, try their chicken and basil crystal dim sum. Totally a winner. However, we couldn’t get enough of the Kylin signature dim sum that came with spicy Sichuan chilli oil. Moving on, for main course try their meal bowls. We loved the hakka noodles with black bean chicken, mushroom and bok choy. Also, the classic Thai curry with sticky rice was yum! For desserts, please have the fried ice cream spring roll and spicy chilli chocolate ice
