I find this extremely important in my case because I plan on having a future as an administrator in healthcare. Communication is important and I believe with my experience that emails are most commonly used. There is an example of a poor and improved version of an email. It is essential to make sure the message is clear and not vague. The body of email should only have relevant information and the main message should not be buried. I think it important to whoever reads it that they do not have to guess what the message is about. I do believe it takes skill to write a message because it is something that can put you on top of your profession. Martin Shovel believes keeping it simple is best. One of the topics that I found most important is the “you” attitude, which means speaking and writing in terms of your audience’s wishes, interests, hope, and preference. They give really clear examples on how to write using the “you” attitude. I believe even if there is a situation where it is called for you to be very honest, it is important to find the polite way to communicate that out. Even with a negative message, there is a way to convey it not negative. As a professional, I believe you should never be negative towards anyone you are communicating
