In certain situation, such as when one is grieving, the emotion overcomes and certain non-verbal communication is either overlooked or unintentionally ignored. Grief itself can be expressed in a non-verbal manner which others read and inspire action. Non-verbal communication is interesting because it’s something you can participate in without being fully aware of what you are saying and it is something that you can observe others participating in. The better you understand non-verbal communication the more mindful you can become of your own non-verbal communication and what exactly you are conveying to those around you. Mindfulness can help you make any necessary changes to this so that you are projecting what you want to project in your non-verbal
