The word photography is derived from the Greek words for writing and light. A world without photography is hard and to some extent impossible to imagine due to its constant presence in our everyday life. Photography has saved us from sparing a lot of words to describe scenery or landscape of outlook of an individual and with the wings of technology photography has captured us from every aspect of life. (T. Bentley, 2009) From retaining memories to exploring landscapes as well as in the medical and promotional industry; everywhere we look has got a direct or derived touch of photography.

We would have to imagine about the world without H&H Color Lab, Photobucket, Flickr, Vine, Pinterest, Instagram and would have to pay the artists to draw our profile avatar for our accounts and thus the industry for the artists become very much popular. The popularity of the animated characters would have been very high and the cartoon and the animated TV serials would have been very popular.
There is definitely an economic impact over the population for the world without photographs. Directly there will be no models, actors, film producers, makeup artists, photographers. And the entertainment industry will be very limited and composed of just fractions of the current entertainment industry. (T. But by now we must understand that the world without photograph would affect everyone in the planet from an Instagram user to professional photographer and one does not have the experience to take photographs to realise the absence of photographs as they will not be able to see the beauty and honesty of it. (M. Heseltine, 2004) And many professional photographers would not be that adventurous as well as be lonely without their instruments. Interestingly it is just an idea of consideration of a world without photographs which eventually justify the rationale of this kind of idea. But it is obvious that if the concept of photography is not there, the creative industry would have been limited to very few people. And the gap between the academic personnel and the non academic personnel would have been so visible that they would have struggle all the time communicating with each others.
