“The worst feelings that magnify fear are hopelessness and helplessness” says Chris Conway in his article ‘The Attitude of Survival’. Setting goals and maintaining them help us to survive because we have hope to get to that goal and fulfill it so that we can move forward in our lives and be happy throughout them. Hopelessness plays a key role in this because with the necessary attitude and motivation we would not be able to accomplish life, and we will become hopeless and helpless. Determination and the powerful desire to live is needed in these
