You want to have process in place where you manager is able to evaluate your job performance and be able to sit with you with and explain your evaluation. This helps the employee know where they are with their job and areas where they could improve in. Here have many different ways on how you can gather your information for the job. Here you can interview an employee and ask them certain questions about their job and how they operate. You can send out a questionnaire to all the employees and have them explain their job and duties. Or you could observe watch and learn. Observing would be my direction because in my opinion you learn more from being hands on and get more out of the training in my opinion. In my opinion job observation would be the best method when it came to job
